If a woman is suffering with menstrual pains I have devised the following
spell to relieve the pain. THe woman should be naked, comfortably and try
to relax as much as possible, then first charge your hands with energy,
and lay your hands on the painful area. Gently in a widdershins motion,
circle the hands massaging the pain away, see the energy being absorbed
into the pain and dissolving it away thus:
Going, Going
Flowing, Flowing
Pain be gone
Pain now go
Blood will come
Blood will Flow
You can also anoint with soothing oil, in a suitable moon symbol, which
will help the spell. |
