Java
To run Java applets (i.e. the chat
room here on Nemain) you must have Java enabled on your browser.
The following browsers support Java:
Netscape Navigator 3.0x or higher
Internet Explorer 3.0x or higher
How to Enable Java
If you have never changed the settings
on your browser, then you should be alright, but if you have then check
out the following.
NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR 3.0x
From Netscape click Options menu
Click Network Preferences
Click the Languages tab.
Click the boxes next to Enable Java
Click OK to finish.
NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR 4.0x
From Netscape click the Edit
menu
Click Preferences
Click Advanced
Under Advanced, click the boxes
next to Enable Java
Click OK to finish.
INTERNET EXPLORER 3.0x
Java on Internet Explorer can not be
shut off
INTERNET EXPLORER 4.0x
Java on Internet Explorer can not be
shut off
